Maintenance, general assistance, or for after-hours or non-life-threatening emergencies:
Example: For repairs or maintenance requests, or after-hours and non-life threatening emergencies (water leaks, vandalism, etc.).
For these types of requests, you can do any of the following for assistance:
- Open a ticket using the HOA Organizer’s website.
- Call the HOA Organizers 24/7 Customer Care center at (833) 446-2674. An agent will try to help you independently but will escalate any issues to our community management team if needed.
For immediate assistance or assistance with time-sensitive responses:
Example: To request forms and association governing documents, to schedule a full or partial move, etc.
