Building Services
Yes, the Association maintains two guest parking spots in the Indiana Street garage, which are available by reservation.

Recology picks up our trash, recycling, and compost three times per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Our common areas are cleaned three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
If you have a specific request or notice a maintenance issue, please open a ticket.

Deliveries
Furniture and appliance deliveries are considered a partial move. Deliveries for these items MUST be arranged through our community manager. Please refer to our Moving Policy & Procedures for more information.
Disposal
Every resident is entitled to one bulky item collection annually at no charge. Visit https://www.recology.com/recology-san-francisco/bulky-item-collection/ to set up a collection appointment.

Online Services
If you don't already have an account, contact our property management team.
To access your account, go to https://portal.hoaorganizers.com/. The system provides access to your personal association account including documents, ticket tracking with status updates, and more.

Utilities
The gas meters are located behind a locked door just to the left of the Minnesota Street entrance. PG&E has access to the keys, but if you have an emergency and need access, please contact our property management team.
The electric meters are located behind a locked door in the basement of the Minnesota Street building. You can access the basement from the stairs at the north end of L1 in the Minnesota building. PG&E has access to the keys, but if you have an emergency and need access, please contact our property management team.
The telephone, cable TV, and Internet equipment is located behind locked doors in the basement of each building. You might hear service providers call these the MPOE or Minimum Point of Entry. Utility providers have access to the keys, but if you have an emergency and need access, please contact our property management team.
- Access for the Minnesota Street building is in the basement of the Minnesota Street building from the stairs at the north end of L1.
- Access for the Indiana Street building is inside the storage room area in the northwest corner of the Minnesota Street (lower) garage.
Common Areas
Residents and guests are welcome to use our courtyard, except during quiet hours, which are 10 PM to 7 AM daily. Although there is no limit to the number of guests you can have, please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the number of guests to a reasonable number.
You are welcome to change the furniture arrangement on the patio to suit your needs. However, we ask that you please place it back where you found it for other residents and their guests to enjoy.
There is free public Wi-Fi available in the courtyard only.

The password changes seasonally, so be sure to check back here if you can't connect. Connections in the courtyard are limited to 1-hour, after which you'll need to log in again to access the Internet.
Feel free to use the patio umbrellas for shade, but please retract them when you are finished using them, so they don't fly away! If you're using these in the evening, please be sure to turn the solar lights off so the battery can be recharged by the sun.
There are also two pop-up tents you can use for shade or small parties located inside the utility room in the courtyard. Your common area key should open the door. When you are finished using the pop-up tents, please take them down and return them neatly where you found them.
